UltraCULTURE™培養(yǎng)基總蛋白濃度接近3mg/ml。UltraCULTURE™培養(yǎng)基可以作為防冷凍培養(yǎng)基(Cat.2-132A)補(bǔ)充物便于凍存細(xì)胞在無(wú)血清環(huán)境中培養(yǎng)。 UltraCULTURE™無(wú)血清培養(yǎng)基不含L-glutamine(L-谷氨酸鹽)；用之前添加5ml 200mM/L L-谷氨酸鹽溶液(Cat.Nos.17-605 or 17-905)。

UltraCULTURE™ Serum-free Medium英文簡(jiǎn)述：
UltraCULTURE™ Serum-free Medium is a complete, allpurpose medium designed for the c*tion of a wide variety of adherent and non-adherent mammalian cell types. UltraCULTURE™ Medium can be used to support fusion of cells during hybridoma formation, growth of monocyte, macrophage, epithelial, and fibroblastic cell lines, and generation of virus particles for vaccine production. The medium is supplemented with recombinant human insulin, bovine transferrin, and a purified mixture of bovine serum proteins. The total protein concentration of UltraCULTURE™ Medium is approximay 3 mg/ml. UltraCULTURE™ Medium can be supplemented with Cryoprotective Medium (Cat. No. 12-132A) to cryopreserve cells in a serum-free environment. UltraCULTURE™ Medium does not contain L-glutamine; please add 5 ml of 200 mM L-glutamine solution (Cat. Nos. 17-605 or 17-905) prior to use.
